All jewelry is handmade by BSM. If something malfunctions, you are allowed to send the broken piece back to BSM one time for a repair. Please note that when clasps/ends break, it is not BSM's fault, but she will do her best to keep you satisfied. There are no refunds. Thank you for your support and tags are always appreciated!
